starrs.tech Services provides a 6-month limited warranty on hardware-related such as repairs and replacements.

The warranty covers:

  • A hardware malfunction caused by an error I’m responsible for
  • A malfunction in hardware costing less than $20 that the manufacturer is responsible for
    • Example: Replacement Joy-Con sticks

The warranty does not cover:

  • Any software-related services, whether bundled with a hardware service or sold independently
  • Loss of data or costs for data recovery
  • A malfunction in hardware costing $20 or more that the manufacturer is responsible for
    • Most hardware above this price should have a manufacturer warranty you can take advantage of. If you plan on taking advantage of this, I can send you everything you need to file a claim.

I reserve the right to change this warranty at any time. However, if you buy a service before the warranty changes, the warranty in effect at the time you bought the service will apply.
